These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PhewDo platform, including the website at phewdo.com, browser extensions, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by PhewDo, a sole proprietorship owned by Khalid Al Rashid, registered at Office 1204, Innovation Hub, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, UAE (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using PhewDo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

If you are using PhewDo on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" refer to the organization.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Service Description

PhewDo is a LinkedIn outreach automation platform that enables users to:

• Automate LinkedIn connection requests, messaging sequences, and follow-ups.
• Manage multiple outreach campaigns with customizable targeting criteria.
• Leverage AI-powered lead qualification and personalized message generation through SHREEOS Intelligence.
• Sync LinkedIn session data via a Chrome browser extension.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and prospect interactions.

PhewDo operates as a tool that acts on your behalf using your LinkedIn account. The Service requires an active LinkedIn account and uses proxies and automation to interact with LinkedIn's platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• Each PhewDo account is intended for use by a single user. Account sharing is prohibited unless you are on a team plan that explicitly permits multiple users.
• You must notify us immediately at huh@phewdo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

LinkedIn Account Usage

4.1 Your Responsibility

By connecting your LinkedIn account to PhewDo, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the rightful owner of the LinkedIn account you connect to PhewDo.
• You authorize PhewDo to access and interact with LinkedIn on your behalf using your credentials and session data.
• You understand that LinkedIn automation may carry risks, including but not limited to account warnings, restrictions, or suspension by LinkedIn.
• PhewDo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

4.2 LinkedIn Limits & Compliance

PhewDo is designed to operate within safe LinkedIn activity thresholds. We implement:

• Daily limits on connection requests, messages, and profile views.
• Randomized delays and human-like behavior patterns.
• Warm-up periods for new accounts to gradually increase activity.
• Automatic pausing when unusual activity is detected.

However, we cannot guarantee that your LinkedIn account will not face restrictions. LinkedIn's policies and enforcement may change at any time, and PhewDo shall not be liable for any action taken by LinkedIn against your account.

Subscription & Billing

5.1 Plans & Pricing

PhewDo offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR):

5.2 Billing Terms

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis from the date of purchase.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

5.3 Refunds

Given the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has begun. If you experience a significant service issue, contact us at huh@phewdo.com within 7 days of the billing date for case-by-case consideration.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.

AI-Generated Content

6.1 SHREEOS Intelligence

PhewDo's AI system (SHREEOS Intelligence) generates personalized outreach messages, follow-ups, and response suggestions on your behalf. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated messages are sent from your LinkedIn account and represent you as the sender.
• You are solely responsible for the content of all messages sent through PhewDo, including AI-generated content.
• While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions.
• You should review AI-generated message templates and campaign sequences before activating them.

6.2 No Guarantee of Results

AI-powered features are designed to improve outreach effectiveness, but we do not guarantee specific response rates, connection acceptance rates, or business outcomes from AI-generated content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PhewDo to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing content.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from LinkedIn for purposes unrelated to legitimate business outreach.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful technology.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to PhewDo's systems, other users' accounts, or LinkedIn's infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written authorization.

Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

• The PhewDo platform, including its code, design, logos, branding, AI models, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by PhewDo and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to PhewDo, including message templates and campaign data.
• By using the Service, you grant PhewDo a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the PhewDo platform without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• PhewDo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• We shall not be liable for any action taken by LinkedIn against your account, including restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans, arising from the use of PhewDo.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PhewDo in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at huh@phewdo.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately at the end of the current billing period.

10.2 By PhewDo

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, third parties, or PhewDo.
• Requests from law enforcement or government agencies.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will delete your LinkedIn credentials and cookies within 24 hours. Campaign data and account data will be retained for 90 days (for potential reactivation), after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request immediate data deletion by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
• We will notify you via email or through an in-app notification at least 15 days before the changes take effect.
• Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account before the changes take effect.

General Provisions

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PhewDo regarding the use of the Service.
